Welcome to the Unisyn Academy video on Banner Announcements. 

Banner Announcements are a great way for you to stay in the loop on important information that's relevant to you and your role as well as information that's been shared across your entire company. 

If you look at the top of the Unisyn application, you'll see a scrolling Banner. This Banner has been setup to provide two different Banner Announcements. You'll see this Banner announcement is about an anniversary celebration. I'll click on that and you'll see here that it's an anniversary celebration celebrating the five year anniversary of an employee named Sam. This is a great way to send out celebratory messages, highlighting the great work of employees as they hit their various anniversaries. But can also be used for birthday announcements, announcements for a corporate parties or events or anything else that's of importance to share at a local or corporate level. 

If we go back, you'll notice we can scroll over and look at the next Banner Announcement. This one's about signing up for 2023 benefits any time that there is an announcement for your organization that you want to send out in mass and even track who has or has not received that information. Banner is another great way to leverage the power of Unisyn to do that very thing. You can put many Banner Announcements into circulation and schedule them based on your desired start date and end date. They can even be linked with URLs to propel users to access different sites internally or externally with a simple click of a finger.
