In this video, we will cover creating users one at a time.
Whether you are adding a new employee or setting up your company for the first time within Unisyn with just a handful of employees, you have the option of creating users one at a time. Let's go down to User information Management and click on Create User. Let's begin by setting up the user for the first time. You can enter in their user her name. Make sure it's easy. If they have an associated email, you can enter it in here if you'd like. Jane, in this example, to setup her password for herself the first time she logs in, you can select this first option here. However, if you would like to control the passwords for your employees, you may specifically enter one here as well.
Let's finish setup for the sake of an expeditious video, let's fast forward to the end. Okay, we have finished putting in Jane's information. I can also choose to add Jane to a directory group if I wish. But let's create this user. When Jane logs in for the first time, she will be able to update her avatar or profile picture as well as her cover photo. Now, when Jane logs in for the first time on her device, she will be able to update her profile picture or cover photo. If I click on Users, it will show me the entirety of the user within my company. And here we see Jane Doe as listed on the bottom right.
