Admin Panel Navigation and setup for Admin Users.
In this video, we will cover setting up the Library.
On my dashboard, let's scroll down to Library. clicking on Library will open up our main folder list. I have previously uploaded folders regarding how to open and close the bar, the new menu we have coming this fall and any seasonal drink recipes I want my bartenders to access. Clearly, this particular library is for a restaurant. Let's create a new folder. In this example, we'll make this a hand washing SOP. I put in my title and my description and I can upload a cover image. I have here a great picture of someone washing their hands. So let's add that. Once I publish this folder, I can then open this folder and add the document. Regarding hand washing.
I can also allocate this as a recommended folder for people to view and publish. Because I recommended it, it shows up now first, prior to the other folders with a recommended sticker on top of it. Let's add the file itself. Opening the folder, you can see I do not have any documents embedded yet. So let's add the hand washing document. Once again, I can create a title and a description and an image. Let's add the image with our handwashing SOP any content and I'll add the attachment itself and save by publishing. This is now within the Library under the hand washing folder. Back in Unisyn. Let's take a look at Library. Oops, where's our folder? Let's go back to the Admin Panel.
Under the folder creation, you see allowed groups or allowed users. We have actually not allowed this folder to be viewed by anyone yet. So let's add groups and choose management here's where you can make certain documents available to certain individuals or levels of authority within your organization. This one really should be everyone, because washing your hands matters for everybody. So let's choose everyone and save by publishing. Back in Unisyn. Let's refresh the screen and there it is. Hand washing recommended folder. Let's open, look at the document and there you have it.
